Terms of Service for epunnet


Introduction

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the epunnet application and the epunnet wristband within the scope of the epunnet service.

The epunnet service is provided by AGRO CONTRACTS Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Sportowa 7 / 1A, 05-600 Grójec, Poland, with the following identifiers: NIP (Tax ID): 7972088345, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 529401287, KRS (National Court Register Number): 0001121953.

Subject of the Terms of Service

The epunnet system enables farmers to efficiently track and calculate work outcomes. The system consists of: A mobile application for farmers or supervisors, A mobile application for agricultural workers, A web application, and An NFC wristband for agricultural workers. The mobile application for farmers or supervisors allows measurement and calculation of agricultural workers’ harvests. It simplifies the processes of harvesting and settlements with employees. The mobile application for agricultural workers provides them with access to data about their harvests. The web application is used by the farm owner or a designated person for analytical purposes. The NFC wristband serves as a means for agricultural workers to confirm their identity during the settlement of work outcomes.

Copyright

The company holds all exclusive rights to the data, products, and services developed as part of the epunnet system. The use of epunnet products and services does not transfer any copyright to the client.

Registration and Purchase of Wristbands

Users can register on the website https://www.epunnet.com/ or via the mobile application. During registration, the following personal details must be provided (more information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy):

Account Deletion

Users can delete the application from their mobile device and remove their account from the service. This can be done via the epunnet web system or by sending a request to contact@agrocontracts.com.

Scope of Services

The service operates as a prepaid wallet, from which charges for employee use of the application are deducted. The pricing details for the application are available on https://www.epunnet.com/. Phones with the epunnet app must connect to the internet at least once a day to record data and settle payments. The wallet can be topped up using the web application via traditional bank transfers or payment systems such as Przelewy24, PayNow, or Stripe.

Technical Requirements for the Mobile Application

The phone must support Android or iOS with an NFC feature. For optimal performance, the latest system versions are recommended. Minimum technical requirements: Android 12 or iOS 14, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS functionality. Terms of Electronic Service Provision

Contract Formation

Using the application does not require signing a contract with AGRO CONTRACTS Sp. z o.o., but acceptance of the Terms of Service is mandatory. The Terms of Service are accepted during registration on the website or in the application.

Termination of the Agreement

If a client disagrees with the previously accepted Terms of Service or does not accept updates, they can delete their account following the process outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Epunnet guarantees a service availability SLA of 99%. If this SLA is not met, the client will receive a free wallet top-up equivalent to the application usage on the day preceding the outage. Agro Contracts will issue the top-up within 7 business days following the positive resolution of a complaint.

Faulty Wristbands If the client receives faulty wristbands, they must notify Agro Contracts within 14 days of receipt. In the event of a positive complaint resolution, replacement wristbands will be sent within 7 business days in the quantity matching the faulty ones.Complaint Submission Procedure

To file a complaint, clients should send an email describing the issue to contact@agrocontracts.com. Complaints are reviewed within 7 business days. Clients will be notified of the resolution via the email address used to submit the complaint.

The epunnet application’s Privacy Policy is available on the main website.

Procedure for Amending the Terms of Service

The Terms of Service take effect on January 3, 2025.

The provider reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Clients will be informed of any changes at least 2 weeks before they take effect. Notification will be sent via email to the address used for registration or another email specified in user settings. The email will include the full text of the new Terms of Service along with details of the changes.
